Welcome. By using fridaymorning.org (the "Site"), operated by Friday Morning Club ("FMC," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for information about FMC, our programming, and ways to support the work. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to harm others.
Donations
Donations made through the Site are processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure pages and are subject to Stripe's terms. FMC is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN 35-2897495. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and no goods or services are provided in exchange for contributions. If a donation is made in error, contact us at boardchair@fridaymorning.org and we will work with you in good faith to correct it.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, including text, graphics, logos, and the FMC monogram, belongs to FMC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share and quote it with attribution for noncommercial purposes; any other use requires our written permission.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party services, including Stripe. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice; consult your own advisor about the deductibility of your contributions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FMC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
